Just wondering how much longer I should expect to wait for an offer / contract? Passed vetting mid September, medical passed in June, reference all sent off in June. I was told by recruitment I was now just waiting on final checks and if passed they'd send my details for a contract / offer from HR.

I thought once vetting had passed I'd be clear- but it's been three weeks and not had anything through yet. Met police staff role.

Also presuming it means someone has said everything is ok and now just requires additional senior sign off?

Currently on week 8 of waiting for vetting to clear for a met police staff role. I managed to get in contact with vetting today and was advised I'm still waiting for a vetting officer to be assigned. My current contract is due to end in September. Does anyone know once it gets assigned roughly what timeline I'd be looking at? Sent off all vetting in early June, I know my references and medical have cleared
