Can she use this or do I just stick with the crit rate body

Rolled this piece for fun and now it's hard to avoid salvaging it

I have Fugue on her E2, and I'm wondering how should I go about speed Tuning her. Since she has S5 DDD on ult, does speed Tuning even matter or is there a certain speed threshold I should reach?

Currently have her on 154spd using 4pc Theif and Tutorial LC with ER rope
