HUMOR! I had to get a new passport and I had to make a photo in a flare. Now I have a passport that doesn't even look like me XD XD XD

Sorry but this is funny. I can laugh about this as I'm on the healing journey and now I'm looking back like WTF! Now I have a passport for next 10 years reminding me of this shit. I don't even look like me, I look like I could be my aunt or something. A thick bulky swollen jawline, hamster cheeks, swelling on the side of my nose a bit, saggy eyebrows. Also my hair got so thin!

MCAS messing with personality. Stomach dictating how I feel!

I see a lot of people have anxiety from flares but for me it's the opposite. I feel like nothing bothers me? I had times where I even felt stupidly happy for no reason. Like I was on drugs. It was a lot of fun until I noticed I couldn't snap out of it and it was dangerous (not seeing harm with men for example!)
It was like everything was good all of the time.

I have neurological mcas combined with neurological thiamine deficiency and B12 deficiency most likely. After covid and a panic attack I couldn't even read or write anymore. I've come a long way but I feel unstable.

One moment I care about something, the next I've forgotten en couldn't care less, then I;m angry, I flare, I feel happy and hyperactive again.

When I feel that stomach cramp come on I feel myself change on the spot. I don't care about anything anymore except wanting the pain to stop.

I even feel like every time I flare my memory gets erased! I swear!!

Does anyone relate? Nobody else gets this. I know I sound crazy.

This might sound strange but anyone have actual moodswings or feeling changes from foods?

When the histamine flares and I get the stomach pain, I become another person I swear. I become wired, hyper, aggressive, oversharing.
So damn annoying, and then when I eat something animal based like meat or eggs I feel weird in another way again.

The annoying thing is that when that stomach pain hits, all I want to do is eat eat eat eat. So I go aaaaall over the place.

I guess I'm just asking if I'm not crazy and this is a thing? Anyone else have this?
