When does the mucus stop????

I was a smoker for about 7 years, and I quit a little over three years ago. I had some slip-ups and a couple of relapses that lasted no longer than a week. But, for all this time, mucus never went away. It definitely got better compared to being a smoker, even a couple of days of my relapse would show me how it is, but I'm wondering if it ever goes away? Wasn't there a time where I wouldn't have to cough up something every morning? I genuinely don't remember anymore bc I started smoking around 15, so I'm not even sure if it's just a normal adult thing sometimes 😅

What's your experience? Are you still coughing up, did it stop?

Cheers xx

Looking for good materials for English tutoring

Hi, I started tutoring English as a second language a couple of months ago. I create my own lesson plans, so the main issue arises when I look for reading materials. There is so much AI generated stuff online when it comes to reading materials for English, and apart from my ethical principles around generative AI, I do find it to be of a poorer quality. Does anybody have a suggestion as to where I can find some good reading materials? Websites, books, all formats are welcome.
