On June 30th I received Dovu staking rewards but they seem to have stopped in July. Is that official, or a glitch?

I was lucky enough to have selected a node that is paused or down right now so I'm not earning rewards. If I moved my Hbar out of my wallet and back again would this trigger me to be able to stake to a valid node? and then start earning again?

(Flair I chose discussion is that accurate - there isn't a "question" flair)
