My hair fall is getting worse day by day, and my hair is thinning so much. 😭

I used to have the thickest hair in my entire khandan. Everyone used to compliment how dense my hair was. Now every time I comb or wash my hair, I lose so much that it genuinely scares me.

At this rate, I feel like kuch din mein I'll lose all my hair. 🥲

Has anyone gone through something similar? What actually helped stop the hair fall and improve hair density????
