My father has a medical issue( a kind of blood cancer).

I wanted to work from home and try to visit the office if needed.

I am working from home since 3 months.

My manager said everyone has a problem and we should manage the thing.

The engineering head ( sit in UK) is more like working from office person.

I have sent the medical documents already to the manager. Talked to HR as we have remote policy in the office on the manager discretion.
