What projects/certifications can a finance MBA aspirant do that would look good on a CV?

I had a convo with ChatGPT (I know that most won't appreciate this, but I don't have anyone to talk to irl) and it suggested the following projects:

Are there any certifications that I should do that would stand out on a CV? I looked into Coursera and EdX stuff and found that those may be considered worthless despite having big names like LSE and MIT. Is that true?

I looked into Forager job simulations, and those had big names like BCG, JPMC, etc. Are those worth anything?
