Frequent disconnection from grid -- seeking advice

We bought an Enphase solar panel system about 6 years ago and then around 18 months ago added more panels and a battery system.

We are experiencing frequent disconnections from the grid. We are not initiating it, and the only notification is emails saying our battery is low -- or loss of power. Earlier this week, we were off-grid for over two days, and over the last 72 hours there have been multiple times when we lost power to the house or half of the house -- while we had battery backup remaining. We have contacted Enphase multiple times and they told us to contact the installer. We have done so and are awaiting a reply.

We do not have enough power to last overnight if it does another grid disconnect. We bought the system because of medical devices that require backup.

During install of the battery system, one leg overheated and nearly melted during installation. We had a lot of issues with devices in the home as well. The installer replaced the fried breaker but we worry did not fix any underlying physical damage.

The utility company came tonight officially verified that the grid power coming to the meter is perfectly healthy.

We hired an electrician a few months ago for an inspection of the home's electrical system and no concerns were identified.

Seeking advice about communicating with the installer to get this resolved. It should still be under warranty.

Update: Thanks everyone for your comments. The installer's electrician came out, communicated with Enphase, and swapped the large and small circuit breakers because the larger rated breaker was not making a good connection on the bus. They did a fit test and the breakers are now both connected more tightly. We are hopeful this will resolve the issue!
