Weird Spots On Feet?

I have these weird white spots on both feet - I use the tanning bed every day and can't get rid of them no matter what I do. You'd think that after long enough, they would start to blend in with the rest of my tan? For reference, I use Devoted Creations Honeymoon bronzer. Thank you!

Edit to add: it's on both feet and I'm sure it's not vitiligo because vitiligo burns very badly under UV light, whereas this isn't reacting to the UV whatsoever.

Can I Add New Eggs to An Already Existing Colony?

Hi! I have a standard Sea Monkey tank - they did very well and there is a beautiful layer of algae on the bottom of the tank but unfortunately, after 4 months of it absolutely brimming with life, this colony only has 3 last members swimming around. I noticed that after mating, the eggs that followed hatched but for some reason they didn’t survive past a few days of swimming around. I put an air pump in there daily for oxygenation and keep a grow light shining directly in the tank because it warms the water substantially and promotes algae growth, which there is quite a lot of. My question is: can I add a new packet of Sea Monkey eggs to this tank or should I start completely anew with a different tank? Any insight would be appreciated.
