Linchpin programming questions

I posted in here about a couple of days ago about switching my focus up from being a run and lift only type of athlete over to something with a little more variety. A number of the recommendations were for Linchpin, which looks awesome but may need a bit of tweaking on my part.

A couple of questions for those that do it:

  1. I'm wanting to get stronger as well as just doing metcons. Are there strength days programmed in?

  2. I'm also wanting to keep my endurance up (I've got a sprint duathlon with my son at the end of September, but that's easy right now). What provisions are there for running/cycling? How are you all scheduling around that?

  3. Where is the community located? Facebook, Circle, Discord, or something else?

TIA!

Home programming 3x a week mixed with running?

I was a major CrossFit junkie about 6 years ago but transitioned to more of a “hybrid” fitness program. Long distance running supplemented by lifting 3x a week. And yes, the term “hybrid” sucks. It’s just easier to say since most people get what the programming entails.

I’m to the point now where I want to move away from just straight lifting back into CrossFit, as I’m getting a little bore. I still want to be able to run 3x a week, just mostly for easy miles, since there is no race in mind. And I still want to lift, but I also want WODs/conditioning to be programmed in.

But…from what I remember, most of the at home programs tend to do a CrossFit-or-bust mentality, not really leaving any gaps for endurance.

Do you all know of any programs that would be along the lines of what I’m looking for?
