xbox 360 connectivity is currently down so this will affect bo2 servers on xbox one, do not try to delete saved profile data because this can temporarily lock you out of stored local data for offline games, but the service should be back soon so be patient, this started 15 hours ago
day 1: customizing a pair of flaks on the website. beautiful. carbon fiber frame blue purple lenses black socks and lime green (retina burn) logo. add to cart, currently 190$
day 2: go to purchase, when i open my cart suddenly "item is out of stock". i open the customization page and it says the retina burn color is out of stock for the logo. its a paint color, you are not out of stock of it first of all. ok, whatever. i change it to hot pink and go back to look at my cart. the price goes from 190 to 250 instantly. chat with support agent, ai questionaire "is this about our a.i. glasses" etc leave my message "support is unavailable after 4:30pm. ok, fine, leave an email- you can't expect me to pay 60$ more for a pair i didnt even want.
day 3: "sorry for the inconvenience" email response. that's it... ok, fine. look online and find a student discount i can use, get the price down back to almost what it was originally with the green logo. order with the pink logo.
day 6: still no email confirmation. money charged. go to the track order page: "please enter email and order number". i do not have an order number because i did not receive an email. chat with support agent, go through ai questionnaire again: "agent is currently unavailable"
