Do you go to Curtin Bentley Campus and are interested in trying a 'novel' food?
I’m a 4th year Psychology honours student conducting a study looking at how people perceive and respond to information given to them about a 'novel' food product. The study aims to better understand how people make decisions and form attitudes and behaviours towards what they eat.
The study involves:
- 📝 Completing a short online survey (approximately 10 minutes)
- 🌱 Collecting a free sample of the 'novel' food product off Curtin Bentley Campus!
- 💭 Completing a short follow-up online survey 2 weeks later (approximately 5 minutes)
You can participate if you are aged 18+ and attend Curtin Bentley Campus regularly!
Participation is completely voluntary, and your responses will be kept confidential/anonymised in accordance with the study's ethics requirements. Curtin University HREC has approved this study (HRE2026-0349).
