I called my boss racist to his face

I know I know, I need to be looking at new jobs. But honestly, I feel like I was getting managed out anyway.

In our team of three, and larger team of 11, I'm the only person of an ethnic minority. The lead of the team of three has been using my ideas and taking credit for them, and the other team member has been getting my opportunities funneled to him by my manager because 'he's afraid I get all the work'. By that he means I am obviously outperforming him even though he was here first.

During a team meeting where I contributed immensely, a new significant project opportunity is brought up by the manager. This was suggested to me months ago by him, but since he told us to switch gears. However, it opened up again. The team lead is going on parental leave next week, but after I offered to do it, he ignored me during the meeting and offered it to her if she could get it done in a week. She said she couldn't but that me and the other team member can finish it (where she'd get credit for it anyway). He then continued to ignore my offer during the meeting and offered the project to the other teammate. Honestly I have never been ignored in this way in a formal meeting before. I asked, 'so just to be clear you don't want me to work on this? I just want to make sure what the expectation is'. He said frustrated, 'no, no, I'll contact who I want to work on this later privately'. I said, 'well, everyone in this room was given priority besides me after I offered it, so I will pass'. Obviously that was a tense statement, and the rest started smiling and such. It was embarrassing.

At the end of the meeting, I get ready to leave first. The manager proceeds to tell me in front of everyone, we need to talk. He takes me aside in the office and the others stay behind in the conference room. He seems pissed and says, 'I'm frustrated'. I said what exactly. He doesn't know what to say, and I pry, he says did I give you this project before? (he obviously did and is asking because he knows he did but is funneling another project away). I said, 'you did, but you can look back at the email if you'd like'. Then he changed his tone and said, 'yeah. I sent that a while ago, but what has been done about it', basically sounding accusatory. That tipped me over the edge, as I realize he's decided to start gaslighting me. Long story short, we went back and forth and I told him he's discriminating and racist. He said, he knew that if he gave me the project I'd do a damn good job. I said, why do you say these things to me in private and never in front of anyone else? He started accusing me of something, at which point I start video taping and he completely changed his tone and said he'd look back at the email.

I left to work from home and he had another meeting. He later calls me and tells me he's thinking of handing me the project because he needs it done quick. I say, when you decide, please inform me via email and CC the whole team so they are on the same page. He does so.

IDK what the point of this is...there is no way I'm going to get this old man to be the manager of my dreams and it's not worth the stress. My expectations have been lowered, if I'm employed in the future.
