Hey, Been playing League for a few years and finally hit the point where I want a fresh start on a smurf or just skip the grind on a new region. Started looking into buying accounts but the options are all over the place — some sites look sketchy, prices vary wildly, and I have no idea what "unverified" vs "verified" actually means in practice.

Specifically trying to figure out:

• Is it safer to buy accounts with email access included or does that not matter?
• Does buying a high elo account actually hold if you're not at that skill level, or does it decay fast?
• What's the difference between handleveled vs botted accounts and why does it matter?
• Any sites that actually have a warranty if the account gets banned?

I've seen names like Eldorado, PlayerAuctions, Smurfstore and a few others come up but can't tell which are legit vs just SEO spam.

If you've bought LoL accounts before — what site, what was the experience, did the account survive long term?
