Hello everyone,

I am a non-EU citizen. In 2024, I received a Polish student visa and travelled to Poland, but I later returned to my home country voluntarily because of family circumstances. I did not overstay my visa or violate any immigration regulations.

I am planning to apply for another Polish student visa in 2026 for a new study programme. Could my previous decision to discontinue my studies and leave Poland negatively affect my new application? Has anyone had a similar experience and successfully received another student visa?
