Which is better for Medical School in Europe: American Diploma or Syrian Baccalaureate?

I'm trying to choose between two high school qualifications for studying medicine in Europe.

Option 1:

  • American High School Diploma (Honors)
  • IELTS
  • 3–5 AP exams (Biology, Chemistry, Calculus, Physics)

Option 2:

  • Syrian Baccalaureate with a very high score (around 99%).

My goal is to study medicine in Europe (Italy, Poland, Romania, Cyprus, etc.) and later specialize in Germany.

From a university admissions perspective, which qualification gives me more opportunities? Are there any countries or universities where one is significantly preferred over the other?

I'd especially appreciate answers from people who have applied with either qualification or who work in university admissions.

Best Polish city for a non-EU student & digital entrepreneur?

Hi everyone

I’m looking for advice on the best city to choose based on:

  1. Budget-friendly rent: Warsaw seems expensive. Are student living costs significantly better in cities like Wrocław, Poznań, or Łódź?
  2. Visa acceptance: Which city’s university support or local voivodeship (Urząd Wojewódzki) office is smoothest for non-EU students regarding student visa renewals and temporary residence cards (Karta Pobytu)?
Is Warsaw worth the higher price tag for a student, or should I target a more affordable city?
    Thanks!

Meeting new incoming students from University of Wroclaw

Hey!
I am f26 years old from Germany, and I am going to start my Master's in Media Content Creation at the University of Wroclaw. I was wondering if there are groups that I could join to already get in contact with incoming students before the new year begins. If this post does not fit the group, please remove it.

Do i Need Nawa to apply for a student visa? (University has accepted my legalized papers and gave final letter of acceptance)

Just like the title said. It's been 62 days since i sent my Nawa application. I haven't started my student Visa yet because of confusion with needing Nawa or not. Im non-Eu, university has already accepted me and gave me the letter and i payed the tuition and everything is set. They told me i have until October 30 to give them the Nawa recognition letter. And i start my classes in 1st of October.

So does that mean i can apply for the visa while awaiting for Nawa?
