hi, I’m a national Costa Rican (I was born in San Jose, my mother was a resident at the time of my birth) but we have lived in the US since I was 3. recently, I have had interest in applying for UCR (university of Costa Rica) and other universities/colleges in the area. when applying, do I mark myself as a national or foreign, since I have lived in the US my entire life and have American citizenship.
