RTX Hr services= Joke
RTX hr service is a joke. They do NOT care about your concerns.
Here is the situation..
I wanted to raise a concern about leadership behavior within the team. There appears to be favoritism, where certain employees are given more attention or are listened to more than others based on personal relationships rather than work-related matters. There have also been situations where the manager socializes heavily and drinks with subordinates outside of work, which has made some employees uncomfortable and raised concerns about professionalism and fairness in the workplace.
Several people have already brought these concerns to HR, but many feel the issues have not really been addressed. I wanted to ask whether this type of behavior is considered acceptable within the company culture, and whether there are any expectations or boundaries in place regarding managers socializing with direct reports in that way.
Lastly, I want to see how toxic of a culture this has created for some. Again, the HR gives zero fucks.. its here to protect the manager.
