Reta progress looking good at 3 weeks

So I went from about the weight I am in my current picture (the skinnier one) to around 180 lbs, then life happened and I eventually went back up to the weight in the heavier picture. That picture was actually taken about 3 weeks ago.

I’ll share some pictures of how I looked before and after my first cut, which I did completely naturally without any enhancers.

What’s pretty crazy to me is that I haven’t really been paying attention to the scale this time. About a month and a half ago, I weighed myself on a Publix scale and saw around 260 lbs. That was basically the point where I decided it was time to lock in.

Right now I’m eating around 1,600–2,000 calories a day and getting about 140g of protein. I know 140g probably isn’t ideal for my current weight, but it works for me and I’ve been able to stick with it.

I also work as a utility locator, so I’m walking around 15–20k steps a day, which definitely helps.

For breakfast, usually around 7–8 AM, I’ll grab one of those cold sandwiches from RaceTrac. They’re usually around 28–35g of protein, and honestly they keep me full for a LONG time. The furthest I’ve pushed lunch was around 4 PM.

For lunch, I’ll usually get a Chipotle bowl, or a burrito if I’m feeling a little hungrier.

Dinner is usually 4 boiled eggs, or occasionally steak or chicken. I definitely need to start cooking more though 😂 I know I’m being lazy with that.
I’m still figuring everything out, but seeing the progress has been crazy. And honestly, reta has been a life changer for me.

Compared to my first cut, reta has honestly made this so much easier. The first time I cut, I did it completely naturally with no enhancers and still managed to lose around 50 pounds in 4 months. So I know I’m capable of doing it without anything, but this time around the process has felt so much easier and more manageable. It’s honestly crazy seeing the difference between the two experiences.
