Lyft class action
Has anyone else ever taken a Lyft and been taken to the wrong location? Today I took Lyft from the New Orleans airport to my house. I was quoted $48 to get to my house. The drivers GPS took him to a location that is roughly 3 miles from my house. I was forced to re-enter my same home address and was then charged an additional $20.
Anyone else been extorted by Lyft? It’s not the $20. I’m just wondering if this is their scheme to do it 100 times a day or more in order to get more out of their customers.
I contacted customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do because I changed the route. I explained that both addresses were the same so I could not have changed anything and they still refused to admit they stole from me.
