what is the culture surrounding having tattoos at pepperdine? i’m an incoming freshman and i don’t have any but i want a few small ones i just don’t peers/professors/administrators to be weird or to feel out of place with them

does anyone have good recs for tattoo artists in Los Angeles, specifically on the westside? willing to go anywhere in LA though. i’ve been sketching ideas of tattoos i want for a while and want someone who can work with what i’ve sketched to create a good design and help me figure out the best placement. i specifically am looking for fine line tattoos and preferably a woman. pls lmk bc im not quite sure how to research for this!!
