Tattoo artist that will do Minors
Dose anyone know of a tattoo artist or apprentice in VA that will do me, I don’t have parental consent. I know people usually think down on this kinda stuff but it’s a tattoo that I’ve been wanting for years.Trust when I say I have thought this out. I want to get it before my senior year starts or preferably before July. Even if your a beginner and not a legal tattoo artist long as you have tattooed people before and can show me your art or work book I’m kinda fine with it this is definitely for the plot even though this is something that I’ve been wanting forever. So I’m willing to be spontaneous so if anyone has any friends or you that need some more experience tattooing I’m here. I’ll also attach the pic of the tattoo that I want so ppl know what they are getting in to.

NYC tattoo prices for a small fine line piece, what's reasonable?
Trying to do a sanity check before I book. I've been quoted anywhere from $200 to $700 for what's essentially the same small fine line tattoo (under 2 inches, single session, simple linework).
What did you pay recently and was the artist worth it? I don't want to pay for hype but I also don't want a discount shop result. Curious what the actual midpoint is in NYC right now.

Hi guys! I’m looking for recommendations on a local to the GNO tattoo artist, the guy I’ve been working with let me know he won’t be able to finish the full sleeve (currently half) that we’ve been planning for a year.
