Dog left out on neighbors balcony practically all day every day

I live in an apartment complex and we've lived here about a year. We live on an upper floor and they live on the first floor. We can see their entire patio from our patio. They recently moved in about 2 months ago and they've relatively been quiet/unseen/unheard, up until this week. This week they got a dog/puppy. Very adorable, small possibly Maltipoo? Sweet lil thang. But there's a big problem. Basically everyday since they've had him/her, they've left the poor dear outside on their patio basically all day. And all night. They don't leave out food or water for them. No dog bed or any sort of thing for him to lay on other than the concrete and he's not walked to go potty, he's forced to pee and poop on the patio. And he barks at them to be let back in and they ignore him. They're home rn and he's crying outside. 😭 My partner and I talked about writing them a polite note maybe? Or worst case hopping the patio and rescuing him?? We'd love a second dog but that was a joke. More than anything it hurts us to see him and hear him in distress everyday. We worry for him. Help? Advice? Idk what to do.

Question: does losing weight affect how a tattoo will look on your skin after the weight is gone?

For context, I'm 5'4 and I weigh approximately 190 lb, I'm getting married sometime next year in the fall so I'm planning on losing a bunch of weight before then, I have a tattoo I want to get in the week of Thanksgiving this coming November, I want to get it on my left bicep, but I have a lot of fat in my arms, if I lose the weight will the tattoo look different after the weight is gone? Will it look bad? Should I wait to get the tattoo until after I lose weight?

I need a good thriller TV show recommendations

I watch a lot of TV so I'm going to need some deep cuts

I have access to Disney Plus and therefore Hulu

Amazon prime

Netflix

Apple

And YouTube premium

Edit: I saw a couple of people recommend a show called The Fall, when I looked into it, it was told to me that the fall was just an abbreviation for the fall of the House of usher, which I did enjoy for the most part but the ending was disappointing. I was going to start with that one but now I'm going to pick a different one. 😘

Having children??

My bf 29m and me 29f, have been together for a little over 3 years, when we first got together we both agreed that we wanted children, and then I became pregnant even though that wasn't in our plan at the time. We were going to buckle down and do what everybody (if you want kids) does in that situation, but then we told our parents about it when I was 6 weeks, and the following Monday I started bleeding while I was at work and he picked me up and took me to the ER and while we were there they told me that my pregnancy was ectopic, And that I would need to be hospitalized because of the dangerous placement of the pregnancy, I spent 3 and 1/2 weeks in the hospital while they tried to induce a miscarriage chemically, we had thought that that had worked and they sent me home, only for me to start bleeding profusely and ultimately I was rushed to emergency surgery after all of this to remove the ectopic pregnancy, when I was in emergency surgery the surgeon came out and told my boyfriend and my mother that I had stage four endometriosis and that the surgery was going to last a lot longer, when everything was over and done, the surgeon recommended a full hysterectomy, when we told her that I wanted to have kids, she did everything she could to try and put off the full hysterectomy for as long as possible, including several different medications. A. Hormonal IUD and norathendron, which is what I'm balancing my condition with now. All of that happened when I was 26 years old in October of 2023. Now I'm almost 30, and we've had the discussion of getting married and having kids and we even broke up for a little bit and got back together and have been back together now for approximately a year. And he's just now telling me that he doesn't want to have kids and he's sure about this even though that goes against our plan from the very beginning. Honestly, there's a lot about my medical condition and just me as a person that leads me to believe that I would be better off not being a mother for multiple reasons, I'm autistic. I have ADHD. I have CPTSD. And I don't want to continue the generational trauma loop that has been my family for who knows how long. In short, ever since he brought up having kids and not having kids, I've also been thinking about whether or not I actually want kids or if society has programmed me to want children. I honestly feel like I've been through enough stress and pressure and horrible things in my life that having children inherently means more stress And that automatically makes me not want to do it. He doesn't want me to resent him later for agreeing to stay with him and agreeing not to have children if I secretly want to have them, but now ever since this discussion, I'm honestly not sure that I do want to have children... But because of my stage 4 endometriosis I really don't have the time to really debate on this. I just need to make a decision. If I stay with him, I think we could genuinely have a happy life together, where basically best friends. I love him with all my heart. I still think about the fact that he took 3 and 1/2 weeks off of work and stayed with me at the hospital every single day and slept on that stupid couch every single day and literally only went home to feed our cats.. he was by my side for every moment and I've never had someone care about me that much. My own mother only showed up for 2 hours one day while I was there... Parenthood is hard and it comes with a bunch of responsibility, responsibility that if I had a choice I definitely would choose not to take on right now, but biologically I feel like I don't have a choice if I want to have kids and I thought I was sure that I wanted to have kids but ever since our discussion I'm really not sure anymore..

TL;DR I have stage 4 endometriosis, My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years, He's just now deciding that he doesn't want to have kids after telling me that he did want to have kids, for the record, I don't blame him for that, you don't know until you know. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I need advice from other women who have decided not to have children ever and from women who have had children, what are your perspectives? Should I stay in this relationship where I feel happy and comfortable? Even if it means never fulfilling a biological destiny that seems to go against my basic instincts?? Is having a biological destiny or basic instincts really a reason to have kids in the first place?? I don't want to drop another sucker in this mess that is our current society.
