SvelteKit is faster to build with. But is the ecosystem going to bite me later?

i’m building a B2B portal for a real estate startup and have spent the last few weekends comparing SvelteKit 5 with React

Svelte is winning on developer speed by a pretty big margin. But once i get into the less glamorous stuff, i keep hitting the same question: where are the mature B2B components?

TanStack Table V9 + Svelte 5 looks promising, but i still need solid PDF rendering/annotations, complex compliance forms, document workflows, etc.

React has a library for basically everything

Has anyone shipped a SvelteKit B2B app with heavy document workflows? What ended up being surprisingly painful to build or integrate?

real production experience > “Svelte is awesome” comments. repo/library recommendations are very welcome

how accurate are those tattoo pain charts actually?

getting my first proper tattoo next month and i keep seeing completely different opinions on pain depending on placement.

i’m doing a half sleeve from the shoulder down. my artist wants to work top-down, which seems pretty normal, but i’m wondering about saving the inner bicep and elbow ditch for later sessions.

every chart makes those areas sound awful, but then you find people saying they weren’t that bad at all

for the artists here, do you actually notice certain areas being consistently worse for clients, or is pain really too individual for those charts to mean much?

also, has anyone who’s had multiple areas tattooed noticed a real difference between them? not looking for a pain ranking, just trying to figure out how predictable it actually is

How much are GTA agents actually using data tools to price listings?

I'm an agent in the 905 and one thing I keep wondering about is how much pricing has actually changed as better data tools have become available. There are AVMs, better comp tools and a ton of market data now, but plenty of listings still seem to be priced mainly around strategy. Either well below what anyone expects it to sell for to create competition, or high enough that it sits and gets adjusted later.

Does anyone know of actual data on how widely agents in the GTA use algorithmic pricing or valuation tools versus a traditional CMA and their own judgment?

I'm also curious whether better pricing accuracy is even the goal anymore. If the listing price is partly a marketing tool, having a more accurate valuation model may not change the strategy much at all.
