So who is going to EVO solo-ish this year?
First of all, I hate the fact that EVO Las Vegas is happening earlier this year than last year. Last year, it was at the end of July into August. This year, its one full month ahead as its at the end of June. Any reason why they moved it up? It can't be just the Vegas heat right?
Second of all, last year I remember seeing a lot of people post how they went solo last year. I ended up posting a topic last year in finding someone who didn't mind me to pitch in for a room so we can both go together. None of my friends wanted to go last year. This year, it sounds like its the same story again. I noticed I am not seeing many posts about people going this year. Or am I just wrong? I'm running out of time if I want to participate in any of the tournaments as they close after May 26. Just wondering if anyone needs more people. If not, I might have to skip this year and its sad because I have made strides in getting better at SF6.
