Hello again. If you have read my post a few days ago about the 12 o clock batons misalignment, i am here again with the same watch and another very serious broken link on the bracelet. Since the misalignment of the 12oclock , i never wear the watch and wait for the IWC boutique to answer me. Today i found this broken link on the bracelet. This is very unacceptable mistake from IWC. Of course i have informed the boutique about this. Again the brand IWC is very disappointing ! 2 big mistakes in one product ! Very poor service of Viet Nam IWC boutique!

Hello guys. What do you think about the misaligned 12 o clock? I think it is 1/5mm. Since i wear it on my left wrist, i see it very obviously. The watch is beautiful but this is quite disappointing. I bought it from a IWC boutique.
