Hey guys, i have git an offer letter from the Japanese company. I am currently living on a dependent visa and now want to apply for working visa through visa status change application. How long does immigration normally take for the decision for in-country visa status change application?
I had passed an interview with a japanese company and had already received the offer letter. I signed the offer letter and sent it back. I was waiting for the next email asking for documents for visa status change processing. Btw i am currently living in japan with dependent visa. But this email was redirected to spam and I found the email just 7 hrs after the emails document submission deadline and immediately attached the documents and replied with an apology and cause.
Am i in problem?
I also called them the next day for follow up and they said they will see the email and reply me but they haven’t yet.
