Looking for file managers recommendations

Hi there! Just out of curiosty, do you guys use Nautilus (gnome files) of something else? I feel like Nautilus is beautiful but lacks some nice features (like dragigin with alt to create a symlink) so eventually installed nemo and I love it.

What file manager do you use or recommend? and why?
(I used to distro hop, then I started webbrowser hoppinh, maybe its time to start filemanagers hopping? lol)

New to kde, looking for advice for customization

Hi friends! Im new to kde, after several years of gnome I decided to give kde a shot. I'm not new to linux but it haces never been my main os, so I miss some things.
I switched to fedora 44 kde from gnome and I REALLY like some out of the box things like the option to create links o copy just draggin or the contextual menu, the anotate on screen, the snapshot tool, etc.. I really feel it can be more productive.

BUT, I really miss the desktop feel of gnome, the autohide dock and the superior bar.

However, I do miss the desktop feel of GNOME, especially the autohide dock and the top bar.
Is there any tutorial, resource, theme, or anything that can help me get that same experience? I’m really comfortable with the “android” feel of GNOME, especially on a 14-inch laptop.

anyways. thanks in advance!
