Incidental finding on OPG

Hello fellow doctors,

Was recent sent an OPG from a colleague of a 40 year old Female. No allergies, no medications.

Teeth are asymptomatic but you can see a radiopacity on the UL1/UL2 apex region.

Teeth are
Sensibility +
TTP -
Probing - Normal
Mobility- Grade 0

We have sent for a CBCT with Dental Radiologist but just curious if anyone has any Differential Diagnosis.

We are aware of PARL on the UR1.

Idiopathic osteosclerosis
Compound Odontome
Cemento-osseous Dysplasia

Need to fix sink drain but have no idea how (sorry for the disgusting photos

First off, I apologise for the disgusting drain.

Like the title says, the inside of a bathroom sink drain is corroded and broke off. I am looking for a step by step of what I need to buy and how to fix it. Step by step or even links to videos would be great as I have no plumbing experience nor know the names of plumbing parts.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Accommodation difficulties - advice

Apologies if this is not suitable for this thread. I wanted to ask for some help as I am to start a post grad in September. I will be in the university hospital and I am struggling to find some accommodation.

Spare room have a some availabilities but the move in dates are July or earlier, the rooms are crazy expensive or ask for a female only tenant.

Should I start renting earlier or gamble and see if any places come up with a move in date closer to September?

Budget would be around £650 with bills but it would be essential that I am within a 15-20 minute walk to the University Hospital.

Any advice would be appreciated.
