Need advice
Hi all, I just received a letter with a questionnaire to fill out for my disability allowance. I've been diagnosed since 2018 and have been on disability allowance since 2019. I've never received anything like this to fill out before.
I'm having trouble with the list of questions they want me to answer yes/no to. They seem to be questions that are targeted to people with physical disabilities. Questions such as does your condition affect your ability to walk/climb stairs, sit, read/watch tv, bathing/dressing etc. I do have some issues with walking and standing but the other questions are very vague and wouldn't necessarily apply to an autistic person.
I will be getting documentation from my GP to add to this, but is there anything else I should be adding myself? I've been really stressed since reading the letter and my head's all over the place. Any advice would be great. Thank you!
