Tax Advisor for an Estonian OÜ in Germany

Hello,

I live in Germany and I am urgently looking for a tax advisor who has experience with foreign companies and can handle the tax filings for my Estonian OÜ in Germany.

It is quite urgent, as I want to make sure I do not miss any tax filing or reporting deadlines.

Does anyone know a suitable tax advisor or tax firm they could recommend?

Estnische OÜ – Selbstständig in Deutschland – Steuerberater

Hallo,

Creative Directors: how do you evaluate a designer with project management experience?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a designer role in experiential, exhibition, and event design. I have more than 5 years of experience.

I only apply to companies I really like, where I feel close to their work and where I believe I would enjoy working. Recently, I had 3 interviews that I thought matched my experience almost 100% technically. But after the interviews with Creative Directors, I got rejected.

1- In the first interview, the comment was: “You do everything.”

2- In the second one, the last sentence was: “We are only looking for a designer.”

3- In the third one, the feedback was something like: “We were not fully sure about client management / project management.”

I really do not understand what is going wrong.

In interviews, I first talk about my design work and my experience related to the role.

But when they ask about my current way of working, I have to explain more details. In my current role, I am involved in design, project management, client communication, and team management.

Sometimes I worry that I may be unintentionally positioning myself as too senior or too broad for the role. My 30-minute interviews often become 1 hour, but I still cannot convince them.

Any advice would be very helpful.
