DUALITY OF FTS
This post is all about my frustration on Fulltime Store
These fraudsters have got shit customer support!
I bought a Manchester United Jersey - Stadium Kit for around 1k.
As stadium kit was mentioned i mistakenly thought that it’d be a player version cause i paid around 1k
I only knew two words regarding jerseys as im sort of a beginner- player version and fan version
The jersey got delivered to me after a week and the quality of the jersey was subpar,
The fabric is just like some shitass polo tshirt fabric
Even the print doesnt seem to be heat pressed
Also to mention the size was a bit up
It didn’t fit me well
I initially thought that id return the jersey but it turned out that no return option was available.
Mind you that the product I brought wasn’t of some clearance sale or anything as such
They should’ve provided the return option but they didn’t
Frustratingly i proceeded to file an exchange on the same day of delivery
No responses were received
Nothing
I tried mailing them several times and their response quoted- please send us your order details etc which I already had sent them numerous times.
They haven’t provided me w a resolution till now
Ive even registered a consumer complaint
Lets see how it turns out
Guess what yesterday I went to their website and looked out for clearance sale items
Within two hours these mfs sent me an email to complete my purchase but couldn’t provide me w a resolution regarding my previous order. It has been over two weeks since now
Also regarding my previous post some fts dickriders had quoted that he bought fan version and is mentioning player version- the thing is that i got confused what stadium version means!
Also i didnt get what i paid for even the sizing was off
Afterall im a beginner
This was the first jersey i bought and I made a mistake, should’ve bought from some other store
Guys please take a note of these things before buying from FTS cause these mfs are just a bunch of fraudsters
