Hi, I’m still pretty new working at ulta 😭 I think I’m about to complete one month working at Ulta, and honestly I feel like I’ve been doing a good job. I’m always on the floor helping customers, and even when I’m not at the register, I still get credit card sign-ups and help with events. I’m only being scheduled about two times a week and usually less than 15 hours :( I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. A new girl started less than two weeks ago, and for the next two weeks she already has around 30 hours. I don’t really know what to do, or if I should just wait and see if I get scheduled more.
