Any programs?

Hey there, have you got any 12-week hypertrophy/bb programs for intermediate advice on 3xweek that doesn't seem that you just started your gym session?

Anything I try, from JN to others, it's way too light for what I am used to, coming from powerlifting/powerbuilding and wanting to take a break from pure strength.

Hey there. Im in to buy a new laptop with the following specifications:

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:

500 to up 1500 euros Italy

Are you open to refurbs/used?

Not really

How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?

Battery life, than performance

How important is weight and thinness to you?

If thin and light then

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.

13 or 14 inches max

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

Light gaming

Microsoft 365

Reaper

If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?

not important

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

Nope, if convertible would be cool

Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.

- max 14" display

- longest possible battery life

- windows

- good performances (productivity, light gaming, sketching on Reaper)

- easy to look at at seaside displaywise

Budget could be anything between 500 euro to 1500, not really a big deal.

▲ 1 r/piano

Hey there. I've been playing for 6 years by now. I started on a Casio celviano ap-260 and then moved to acoustic upright on monthly loan. Last couple of years I changed it with a silent option since I have a 2 year kid and I also have a lot of piano samples since I also do composition and production.

Anyway, the samples included in my Kawai are terrible and Im forced to use the ones in my PC, but anytime I have to switch it on and it's annoying. Moreover, I never tuned it since I never use it acoustically but sometimes I maybe love to take the headphones down.

I have a 1.5k to spend in a digital piano, but I'm afraid I can't find anything as good as my acoustic piano as feel and action (after I went acoustic, I couldn't use the Casio anymore, while I still have a master keyboard with fatar keybed which is pleasing even though not the same).

Any suggestions?
