What rappers who fell off did you actually go back to check the rest of their music & you realized you liked?
When I say "fell off" I'm not talking about rappers who had a solid run & then buzzed out (say A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie for instance) I'm talking about rappers who were 1 hit wonders or who were known for a few songs & were then forgotten?
I got this idea from recently hearing Nebu Kinizas "Gassed Up" randomly for the first time since 2017 in spotify shuffle where it randomly came into my playlist as a recommended song & I got a hit with a bunch of nostolgia. So out of curiosity I decided to check out more of Nebus music & holy cow was I surprised how much of a vibe his music is
For those wondering hes a melodic rapper where he sings a lot in his music & is similar to Don Toliver/Lil tecca/Trippie Redd/Sofaygo type artists. It's like he was ahead of his time essentially but nonetheless I'ma definitely check out more artists music who fell off & see how they are. But I guess I'm now a Nebu fan even if hes super inconsistent with dropping music LMFAOO, never would've thought I said this but here we are
