How Do I stabilise Footage from the Fx30?

Hey guys. How do you guys stabilize your footage from the FX30 when shooting handheld? Especially when you use super zoom lenses...

I am not crazy about how the in-camera stabilization handles footage, so I turn it off and stabilize using gyroflow, which sometimes I still find so-so.

Recently, I went for a trip and used my Sony 70-350. Online, I saw people say turn off IBIS, and leave OSS, then stabilize with gyro flow... when I do this, the footage is crazy jittery. What's the best option? What am I doing wrong (because I recognize it can be user error)?

I use my camera for vlogging and always wonder how other people get such dope footage handheld. I know it will never be as perfect as a gimbal, but surely can it be usable?
