Which two would you drop if you were looking for an easy semester?

I'm doing a math course this semester 😭 so I need my other classes to be somewhat chill. I decided to drop two out of the following but I haven't decided which to drop yet.

CRIM 1160 - The Canadian Legal System Dowdeswell, Tracey https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/2541428
GEOG 1180 - The Geography of Canada Crowley, Rory https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/1875825
PEFA 1116 - Introduction to Film Studies Mason, Michelle https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/2743260
PHIL 1151 - Society and the Individual Picard, Michael https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/1305655

How much does your GPA really matter?

As I sit here writing my final paper that just seems to keep getting worse rather than better, I'm wondering how much grades actually matter?

Will getting a B instead of an A have any affect on my education or my future job prospects? What am I stressing for?

I'm going for a bachelors in psychology.

Does PSYCH 1200 ever have evening classes?

I need to take this class but that latest start is 3:30pm and I work a regular 9-5 Mon-Fri. I'm trying to decide if I should try to use vacation hours to leave early for this class or if it's better to drop it and hope for a later option in another semester? Has anyone seen this one offered at 4:30 or later?

Which class would you keep between the Canadian Legal System and Geography of Canada?

I'm unfortunately not interested in either of these but was unable to find evening classes for what does interest me. Has anyone taken either of these? Were they hard? Boring?

Are evening classes not that common?

In the winter semester I managed to get all my classes from 6:30pm to 9:30pm but for the summer semester I was only able to get 2 during that time slot and now for the fall semester I only managed to get one. Are they phasing out evening classes or did I just not see them or what? I work a 9-5 so unfortunately I'll never finish school if I can't get evening slots.

Majority failed the midterm, any recourse?

The prof said that only 4 got above 50% and only 2 above 75%. Reading reviews online shows the same for previous semesters in this class. I'm one of the "lucky" ones that got above 50% but I will need to ace everything else in this course to end up with the grade I wanted. It seems rather unfair that a grading curve is not used when it's clearly an issue with the teaching. Is there anything that can be done or so I just have to watch my GPA get wrecked by this one class?
