Comparing a couple of premium banking options right now and one thing im weighing pretty heavily is how good their app and digital experience actually is for managing an nre savings account, versus relying on branch visits or calling customer care every time i need something done. im based abroad so branch access basically isnt an option for me most of the time, which makes the app experience even more important in my case. not sure how much weight this should have in my decision compared to things like interest rates or relationship manager quality though, so curious what others prioritize when picking a bank
