Game updated right as my Sims were trying to start a family, and now they can't conceive no matter what.
I did a clean boot and they were able to get pregnant. I removed MCCC and every pregnancy related mod and any mod that effected gameplay really only leaving the CC in my folder but even with MCCC back in and at 100 percent they can't conceive.
