Pre theatre dinner

I’m traveling to London with my family (all adults) and we’re going to see Phantom of the opera next Wednesday, 9 July. Is there a place where we should eat that’s not extremely expensive and somewhat close to the theatre? We’re open to a variety of food- I’d like to eat something I may not find in the US.

Trip to London and Bath - what to buy?

I’m going to be traveling to London on Friday for a week, and going to Bath for a day trip - what is the one thing I should see and try to buy that’s Jane Austen related? I’m going to be with my husband and two sons, who will indulge me for a while, but not for too long, lol.

Eating on vacation

I’m going out of the country for a week-I really want to be able to eat what I want without having to think about what put in my mouth for once. I will be walking around a lot after most of my meals. It will be difficult to modify what I eat. I also don’t want to spend too much time trying to find a protein to eat with carbs and I will be miserable if I see my family eating a dessert and I can’t.
What do you all do when you go on vacation? I do have my CGM on, and I will be watching trends, but I would like a mental food break for one week- is that possible??
