This is exactly how it’s been with the other bonuses we have received in the past 10 years.
I have 4 full timers and 1 part timer as cross sourced and they all usually work 1 shift in the pharmacy every week, mainly because that’s all the pharmacy has hours for. But now they want 4 of my full timers to work 3 of their 5 shifts in the pharmacy? They said to just “hire a seasonal part timer” to help cover the FS shifts. That single person is gonna cover what would be like 14 shifts every week??? Complete asinine request.
It’s our 3rd highest category, with sales of only $500, and no one knows what it is included in it.
At least they’re named correctly because these damn towers are a pest.
