Had sleep study , even more confused

Went In for a sleep study as I was waking up at night choking, loud snoring ( my ring camera caught it) I was stopping breathing, waking up with a sore throat , and feel extremely groggy like I’ve had no sleep all day after waking up.
The tech showed me after the study that I rarely leave stage two sleep . He says it was like my brain never shut off like it should into stage 3 and 4 . He did say I went into REM twice very briefly . The test of the test I was stuck at stage 2. He showed me an example of what normal stage two should lol like a d mine was the complete opposite . Instead of gentle waves, it was angry and all over the place . As for the apnea .. I can’t explain why it did not show up during the sleep study . My 02 did not drop under 90, and there was only mild apnea. Only ring camera at home I’m snoring like a chainsaw along with stopping breathing , gasping, and choking. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m frustrated because here at home in bed it’s happening, however in the study .. hardly at all. What could have caused such a shift? Anyone know why I would stay in stage 2 99 percent if the time? I do not drink alcohol.no drug use.
The only answer he could give me is that I am in chronic pain, which is true .. I have LDS type 2 and my pain is constant . Any advice I would greatly appreciate it!

Can’t decipher what I wrote after sleep study .

Had a sleep study . The tech told me I don’t leave stage 2 sleep, that I did fall into REM for a few moments but stayed in stage two 99 percent of the time.
I’m not asking for medical advice ,, just what I wrote on my hand . I would truly appreciate it!

Here are my results .. let me preface that I had been practicing for about a month .. I’m in the medical field and changing careers. When I went in for the test I was told that the modules are new, and to expect that what I was looking at online ( besides typing wpm) would be different . I am not giving up, I failed by 2 points. I’m so disheartened and yet so relieved concerning my strengths . If anyone has any sites or experiences they can share that helped them I would truly appreciate it! I’m testing again in July.. i ran out of time with some modules , and I know I just have to practice practice practice … any shared experiences greatly appreciated!
