What can happen if I violate the ATROS?
Active DVRO, the courts gave me sole legal and physical custody with a two week vacation, and granted him visitation twice a week with no overnights. He’s been holding me hostage using the ATROS and every loophole he can use.
My dad had a stroke and I’m just losing my mind I haven’t been able to see my family in our of state for two years.
I consulted several attorneys and 8 out of 10 told me that the court order supersedes the initial ATROS.
He’s doing everything he can to drag this out and I don’t see an end of it.
I’m losing my mind I haven’t been able to see my family in a long time.

If I say, fck you, I’m going to see my parents, what can happen?
