In Your Element 🍃🌱

I wish I had remembered to add the Pocahontas leaves but overall I'm pleased :)

Also yes that's a picture of my results, no don't comment on it lol

Spotted at the park. Who is this?

I've seen this bird a few times at my local park but only early in the morning. I'm in the PNW if that helps. Who is this cutie?

Trying to find fuschia poppies has me starting to feel like Hades

Really losing it! I never bothered building them up since SBV released because I didn't have a need but with the new Hercules update I want to craft those marble fences very badly.

And now I feel like Hades 😭

Before you suggest it, yes I'm picking all the flowers in the required biomes. Yes I'm bringing along two flower companions (bees). No it's not helping 🙃

Edit: As if they could be more hateful I spelled it wrong and can't edit the title lol. Now my head is really going to explode 😭

Will the Hercules bundles go away tomorrow?

I'm definitely thinking about getting some of the new bundles after seeing all these great Hercules/Greek builds but I don't have the moonstones. Do I need to pin them tonight or do you think they'll stay for the duration of the update?

ELI5: Why is it harder to lose weight the more you lose?

So after several years of being away from the gym I got a membership and started consistently working out in January of this year. Originally I had a goal of losing 10-15 pounds and in the beginning things were great - I was working out three times a week and losing about one pound every other week.

Then April came around and I hit The Great Plateau face first. With only minor shifts here and there I've largely stayed at the same weight for almost two months now.

I know weight loss is harder the longer you continue to lose but I don't understand why.

Edit: Thank you for the helpful responses! I'm starting to understand the process more now.
