Anyone have advice to remove stent after ureteroscopy lithotripsy?

Greetings, I had a ureteroscopy lithotripsy on Thursday to treat a 9mm stone in lower left ureter. Doctor put in a stent with a string and told me to remove it on Monday. The instructions to do so are terse: "Simply pull the string until the entire stent slides out." If anyone has experience and has some advice I would be very appreciative. I am thinking about trying it while standing in the shower. I also have a shower chair and could sit while trying it. Anyway thanks for any advice.

(Also, this stent sucks, it is miserable, in case anyone is wondering, I have pains and cramps the stone never gave me.)

Fenix 7 sleep mode, turn on and off: surely I am missing something?

Let's say you're up late and want to disable sleep functions of your watch temporarily.

On an Apple watch, to turn off the sleep functions including the change in the display, you press one button and then tap the icon that looks like a bed.

What do you do on a Fenix Pro 7? You press the light button, then rotate to sleep mode, then turn that off. But still that does not restore the daytime display. To do that, you have to hit the menu button, then system, then sleep mode, then sleep watch f*ce, then disable it. After you do both of those things, you get the daytime display back. (Then, when you're ready for bed, you have to do that stuff all over again.)

Is there an easier way? Thanks for the help.
