All the symptoms

I have always had a problem with my tummy, diagnosed by symptoms only as IBS a good few years ago 10+. Despite having flare ups roughly 9/12 months its something I have always managed and got on with.
This year alone I have had three episodes of chronic diarrhoea (type 7 bristol stool chart) this flare up had been 3 weeks non stop where I cant hold it & running to the loo 7 plus times a day, have a burning pain in middle of stomach just above belly button, terrible gripping pain that comes with before a bowel motion and a very noisy sound from my tummy. I feel a bit sick but no actual sick. No blood that Ive noticed but mucous noticed. I dont drink alcohol, or smoke. I weight lift, cardio and walk. Im active and eat well, no heavy greasey foods etc. Im 10st 9, 5ft 4. I have bloods on Tuesday, sent a stool sample in and have a FIT test to do.
Its easy to be concerned and I’m being open minded about it. But symptoms are very similar to BC.
What im looking for is reassurance from people who have or had symptoms like this and all was well. Ive stopped all roughage and eating low fibre foods (white bread, rice pasta etc) still no change. Thank you for reading

Big red round patch on cheek

For context this has been around for a year (right side of face)I had a boil/infection (hot & itchy, potentially impetigo)from my earlobe which resolved on its on. This red patch developed at the same time, no signs of infection. Its smooth, not dry or irritated. Doctors gave me anti fungal medicine but didn’t work. Im unsure what it is. Should i be concerned? I have a history of querying Lupus & im currently sub clinical hypothyroidism.
