As the title says, I have a Gravity 900 and plan to do a brisket for the first time, do you go fat side up vs. fat side down?

Hi! Friends and I are planning to do EDC next year after a 2-year hiatus. We used to do the DTLV shuttles on Fremont.

My question is... how far is the walk from World Market shuttle stop to the DTLV hotels? We're thinking of staying at Circa or Golden Nugget. Also, for those who have done the Rio and Mid-strip shuttle stops, do you recommend it? Is it worth staying at the Rio for $2500~~ ish at the cheapest? Thank you! See you guys under the Electric Sky!
