I saw these no good bots hanging against the brick wall at HB-Woodlawn

Toby hasn't lost any of his ability

On a flight in from Hobby airport, I took a video of the tire Fire today

Drove Toby to the dog park for some socializing and a brief dip in the creek

The collar is off!! Toby is being playful again with his support pig.

Toby is taking the stairs up and down, no problem. With the donut on he's been able to clean himself without disturbing his scar, probably could have switched to it earlier

Finding new way to get comfortable

We had a checkup at the vet. Will have to wait until Friday to get stitches out. That was very complementary on his walking skills. We have to wear the cone for a couple weeks, still 🥺

Tried to take the cone off, but he immediately went to his stitches now that the tramadol is out of his system. Toby still able to graze at all you can eat grass bar.

It stopped raining , I took his collar off and he managed to walk around the block. He loved being able to eat the new grass and amble around enough to make poops. I made sure to put the cone back on so that he didn't mess up his stitches. Toby tried to walk downstairs to the basement to come see me. He got about halfway down before I carried him the rest of the way. Is this too much activity?

Making some short trips outside, finally some poops and peeing , I thought he might burst.

Lots of pills 💊 and lots of downtime, it's cold and rainy here. Pee pad and laundry for parents

He's very alert now that the meds have worn off, standing with no problems, not liking the confinement and the cone. Keeping him still will be a challenge

The right leg is gone, Toby is back home... now for recovery. Still groggy and we had a pee accident in the bed... I'll admit I'm feeling overwhelmed. Only one way to the other side is through it!
