hey all! i’m a doubler, whose primary instrument is flute. i like to think i play alto pretty well - but tenor is where im really lacking. my jazz alto setup is a meyer 6m with select jazz reeds strength 3s. i know generally people live by meyers on alto, and links on tenor. ive tried an otto link la 6 but found it very difficult to make sound. maybe because of the higher baffle? i play professionally on other instruments, but im really struggling here. can anyone suggest a tenor piece that will give me a similar feel that i get from my setup on alto?
